Featured Student Opportunity

We are seeking qualified applicants for our Utah Psychology Internship Consortium (UT-PIC) pre-doctoral internship in clinical psychology. UT-PIC is comprised of four agencies organized for the purpose of providing a broad and culturally-relevant training program to support the preparation and retention of doctoral level psychologists in Utah. These members agencies are Dixie State University in St. George, UT (APPIC code: 248711), Southwest Behavioral Health Center in St. George, UT (APPIC code: 248712), Valley Behavioral Health in Salt Lake City, UT (APPIC code: 248713) and Intermountain Healthcare Sevier Valley Clinic in Richfield, UT (APPIC code: 248714). We anticipate an internship stipend of $26,000 plus benefits. More details can be found at the UT-PIC website, which is still under construction but will be found at ut-pic.org.

Applicants must submit their application using the online AAPI (APPIC Application for Psychology Internships) using the match codes listed above. Applicants can submit applications to one or all of the consortium sites. UT-PIC is currently not an APPIC member so is not located on the APPIC directory, but we are pursuing APA accreditation as well as APPIC membership for this upcoming year’s internship cohort. The deadline for applications is November 15. Interviews will be held in January via videoconference and in-person. Please contact Program Director Cathie Fox, Ph.D. (cathie.fox@imail.org) or Program Consultant Hannah Koch, Psy.D. (hkoch@wiche.edu) with any questions.
