Dr. Mullin is a staff psychologist in the PTSD Clinic at the George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He primarily provides therapy and assessment services for US veterans, with a specialty in the treatment of PTSD via evidenced-based treatments. Veterans served by Dr. Mullin need to be registered in the VA Healthcare System.
Dr. Mullin has served the Utah Psychological Association as President-Elect, President, and Past President from 2022-2025, as well as from 2014-2017.
