Referral Biography
As a therapist, I believe that my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in the present. Working from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach, we will work together to reach beyond your suffering to the larger purpose of your life and helping you get active in really living. ACT is centered on such questions as “What do you really want your life to be about?” and “If you lived in a world where you could have your life be about anything, what would it be?" If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
