Referral Biography
Dr. Haines is a licensed psychologist in Utah and Arizona. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Neuropsychology, from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She also attended the University of California, Berkeley, where she completed a Neuropsychological Assessment professional program. Her doctoral internship and post-doc residency were completed at Southwest Behavioral and Health Services in Phoenix, Arizona. Additionally, she has worked alongside the NFL Cardinals’ neuropsychologist to perform pre- and post-concussion neuropsychological testing for the Cardinals football players (2017-19). Currently, she provides hybrid services, and holds a PSYPACT certification allowing her to work interjurisdictionally via telepsychology. At this time, Dr. Haines is solely providing assessment services (psychological and neuropsychological evaluations).
